Alan "Skip" DoMoe, 55, of Holland, passed away Sunday, December 21, 2008, at his home. He was born October 20, 1953, in Toledo, to Chester and Eldeana (Whitney) DoMoe. He married Sandra Bockert on September 5, 2003, in Holland. He was employed for 30 years as a truck driver for Jeep, retiring in 2008. He was an active member of CedarCreek Church, where he participated in many programs to help those in need. He served as a regional director to AA and in his spare time he enjoyed riding his Harley. He bred Belgian Malinois dogs. He is survived by his wife, Sandra DoMoe; son, Anthony "Tony" DoMoe; stepchildren, Ric (Emilee) Roach, Jeni (Jay) Cessna and Jodi (Ryan) Leininger; grandson, Mark DoMoe; step-grandchildren, Jacob Cessna, Juliana Cessna and McKenzi Joice; brother, Garry DoMoe, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Eldeana Warner; father, Ray Warner, and his brother, Bobbie Lee DoMoe.

Skip passed away in his home surrounded by family and friends. Skip was looking forward to a quiet retirement as a Working Malinois Breeder with his wife Sandi. Skip loved his dogs like family.

There are so many things Skip wanted to do with his dogs that he never had a chance to. It is truly heartbreaking. He was passionate about his dogs and life and really had a desire to share that with others.

Skip will be missed and his passing is a great loss to family and friends.
Farewell Skip!
